All over Philadelphia, tattoo parlors advertise flash sales and open their doors to hoards of patrons looking for a Friday the 13th steal. East Passyunk

A few tips to remember:
Most shops are cash only, so be sure to stop by the bank on your way to get inked.
Typically flash tattoos are intended for arms & legs only.
Get there early, parlors can get flooded with people, and it’s usually first-come, first-served!
Flash sheets change every Friday the 13th so an establishment may no longer carry a design you see below.
